Change the Unit of Measure for a User

This tutorial shows you how to change the unit of measure (pounds vs. kilograms) at the user-level.

The warehouse willhave a default unit of measurement, but if you would like to change, it’s very simple.

1. Navigate to user profile indicated by the user name at the top right corner of the screen. In the example here, john.smith is the user.

2. Click My Profile.

From here you can change primary email, phone numbers, etc. At the middle, there is an option for the Weight System with a dropdown menu.

You can use the default warehouse settings or you can select Pounds or Kilograms.

3. Select the desired unit.

4. Click SAVE.

The unit of measure is set for the user.
