How to Set Up Email Notifications

1. From System Settings click the Notifications button.

2. Click New to create a new Notification Set.  Check the Is Active box if you would like this set to be active immediately (You can edit this at any time from the Notifications page).

3. Click the upwards arrow to expand the notifications panel.

From the notification screen you can set up specific notifications based on Razor events.  

If you want to set up an email notification for when an invoice is generated for a SO, you would select the method by checking the box in the Notify Method section.  Next you would select who would receive the notification from the Notify field, and finally from the Email Template section you would select which template will be used when sending the email.
