Generate an Audit Report for a Settled Order

This tutorial shows you how to generate an audit report for an order that has been settled. The audit report can be pretty basic because it does not include all of the Razor dynamic attributes. For more advanced reporting, use the Sales Channels custom reporting tool.

Razor provides a nice way of linking audits to settlements.

1.  Navigate to Recycling > Settlement.

The list of all the settlements in your system will be displayed.

2.  Select the settlement that you looking for in the data grid, where you can use the tabs to filtered ou

3.  Navigate to History tab.

You can view a list of all your settled orders which is exactly what you are looking for.

4.  You can also use this data grid here or actually search for the order number. In the example here, order number 10339 is entered in the Search field.

From here, it looks like it is been settled by the customer, and the order is 10339.

5.  Click on that order and click View or you can just double click to view the order page.

The settlement page for the selected order will be displayed.

6.  You can view the order that will be Settled by the Initial view.

After this was settled, there was a purchase order that was generated because we owe the customers 70 dollars.

7.  To view the audit that took place for this particular order, click the Audit link in the Information section.

The audit details will be displayed and you can view that there are 10 items that were ordered for this order.

8.  Click Print/Download.

The Reporting Station dialog will be displayed.

9.  Check the box in the Audit Report Excel field.

 10.  You can either download or print the report. In the example here, we download the report by clicking Download.

The audit report that you can send to your customer will be generated.

The report shows details such as timestamp, model, manufacturing, conditions, serial number, status, reference, asset tag, and weight in pounds, weight in ounces, notes and category.

For more advanced auto report, we suggest using the sales channels where you can filter out by the order number or the ward number. You can get more details about the actual attributes that you collect.
