Merge Pallets

Merging Pallets into Lots have never been fast and easy with RazorERP!

In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to merge pallets and manage then in Razor.

Pull up the Inventory Detail Screen (click this link to see how).
Select the lots you want merged.
Right-click on the highlight and select “Merge into lot #XXXXX”
Click Yes.
It should show you the Merge/Build Up LotID Sub-Window.
In this window, you may remove pallets by clicking on the Remove button.
You may also change the name of this new merged lot.
Change some information as required.
Then, select the right Workflow found at the bottom-right part of the screen.
Afterwards, you may click on Finalize Build Up or click on Close button (at the bottom-left corner of the sub-window).

If you have some more items in your Work In Progress area, you may also added them directly to the Merged Lot. Just click on Receive from Consumed.
Then you can manually enter the information from the text fields. Click on Add afterwards.
Then, select the right Workflow at the bottom-right corner. When the pallet is full, typically the Final Workflow is selected.

Aside from the method mentioned above, you may also scan the barcodes of items and add them on the Merging Lot sub-window. Click on the Scan ID text field then start scanning.
