How to Import Assets to an Audit
In this tutorial, we will teach you how to import Assets to an Audit.

Go to Recycling > Inventory Detail section.
Select a line item, right click and hit Audit Lots.
On Audit Page, select Actions and select Import Assets From File.
On Import Data page, you can upload a file or drag a file or you can simply download a sample file.
On the Spreadsheet Columns on the left, you can do the Mapping just by dragging the Basic fields under Grid Data fields to the columns.
If some values are not available on the Basic Fields tab, you can go to Capability tab. You can also do a search for an attribute.
After finishing the mapping, click on Save As button, enter a Template name and hit Save.
This will save the mapping sequence.
After saving the template, go back to actions > Import assets from file > upload file > then select the template that you just saved on the dropdown, then hit Next.
You will have an option to choose the Condition, Location, and Workflow then hit Import.
This is going to import all the assets of that file.
After the import is finished, you can now see the all the assets are imported in appropriately.
