How to Import Assets to an Audit

In this tutorial, we will teach you how to import Assets to an Audit.

  • Go to Recycling > Inventory Detail section.

  • Select a line item, right click and hit Audit Lots.

  • On Audit Page, select Actions and select Import Assets From File.

  • On Import Data page, you can upload a file or drag a file or you can simply download a sample file.

  • On the Spreadsheet Columns on the left, you can do the Mapping just by dragging the Basic fields under Grid Data fields to the columns.

  • If some values are not available on the Basic Fields tab, you can go to Capability tab. You can also do a search for an attribute.

  • After finishing the mapping, click on Save As button, enter a Template name and hit Save.
    This will save the mapping sequence.

  • After saving the template, go back to actions > Import assets from file > upload file > then select the template that you just saved on the dropdown, then hit Next.

  • You will have an option to choose the Condition, Location, and Workflow then hit Import.
    This is going to import all the assets of that file.

  • After the import is finished, you can now see the all the assets are imported in appropriately.
