How To Bulk Relocate Pallets using the RazorERP Mobile App

This article provides step-by-step instructions for efficiently relocating multiple pallets to a designated location within your warehouse using the Bulk Relocate function in RazorERP's mobile app.

Overview of Bulk Relocate

The Bulk Relocate function in the RazorERP mobile app enables users to move multiple pallets quickly and accurately. With options to scan barcodes or QR codes, this process simplifies inventory management and ensures items are transferred to the correct location.

Steps to Bulk Relocate Pallets

Step 1: Access the Bulk Relocate Function

  1. Open the RazorERP mobile app.

  2. Navigate to the Lot section.

  3. Select the Bulk Relocate option.

Step 2: Select a Location

You have two options to select the destination location:

  • Search for an Existing Location: Use the search bar to find a location by name.

  • Scan the Location: Tap the blue icon at the bottom of the screen to activate the scanner. Point your device at the QR code for the location you want to move items to.

If neither option applies, manually select a predefined location.

Step 3: Start Scanning Items

Once the location is selected:

  1. Begin scanning the barcodes of the pallets you want to relocate.

  2. Continue scanning each barcode in succession. The system will register these items for relocation.

    • Example: If you scan seven pallets, all seven will be queued for transfer to the selected location.

Step 4: Relocate Items

After scanning all pallets:

  1. Tap the Relocate button.

  2. Confirm the action by tapping the red button. This will finalize the relocation and move all scanned items to the selected location (e.g.: REDZONE).

Moving Pallets Back to the Original Location

To relocate pallets back to their original location:

  1. Repeat the steps above, selecting the initial location (e.g., the "GREENZONE").

  2. Scan the pallets currently located in the previously selected zone.

  3. Finalize the relocation using the Relocate button.
