How to Access the Client Portal Logs
This tutorial will guide you through accessing the client portal logs
Go to app.dev.razorerp.com
1. Introduction
Before you begin, log into your client portal and ensure you have proper privileges to view the logs.
2. Click "Your Profile"
Log into your client portal and ensure you have proper privileges before proceeding.
3. Click "Logs"
Click your profile at the top right to access your account options.
4. Click "See all"
Click Logs to open the log management page.
5. Click "Date Range"
This page will show you every log and update that has happened within the portal.
6. Click "Entity Name"
Click See all to view the complete activity log.
7. Click "Auto Name"
Click Date Range to select the period for which you want to view logs.
8. Click "Contact"
Click Entity Name to filter logs by specific entities.
9. Click here
Click Auto Name to refine the logs based on automated entries.
10. Click here
Click Contact to filter logs related to client contacts.
11. Click here
This will show you logs within your users' client portal enrolls.
12. Click "Export to Excel"
Click here to view additional information about each log entry.
13. Click "Excel"
Click here to access more options for managing the logs.
14. Fill "on"
Click Updated to sort or filter logs by the most recent updates.
15. Click "Export"
Click Export to Excel if you need to export the grid to Excel, then choose Excel and click Export to download the file.
You have successfully accessed and navigated the client portal logs, viewing detailed activity and updates. You can verify your success by reviewing the exported Excel file containing the log data. For further analysis, consider exploring additional filters or exporting options.
