Create New Erasure Service in RazorERP System Settings
In order to add an erasure service to RazorERP to be used as a mapping you will need to create it as a service in the system settings > recycling > services.
1. Introduction
We're going to go to the system settings.
2. Click here
We're going to start out by going to the system settings.
3. Click "System Settings"
Click "System Settings" to open the configuration options.
4. Click here
Now we're going to select the audit tools icon.
5. View the available service options
You'll see a list of your services here.
6. Click the System settings icon
In this example, we're going to create a new service.
7. Click "System settings"
Click "System Settings" again to proceed.
8. Go to the Recycling Services Section
Scroll down to recycling and click on services.
9. Click "Create New"
Click "Create New" to begin creating a new erasure service.
10. Click here
Type in the eraser service of your choice.
11. Fill in the name of the erasure service you would like to add
Under the description input, enter a service description.
12. Fill in a description
If it's for on-site services, ensure you go to the type.
13. Click "General"
Click "General" to access general settings.
14. Click "Data erasure"
Click "Data erasure" to specify the erasure category.
15. Click "Save"
Once that's complete, click "Save" to store your new service.

If you go back, we could go to the system settings and review the eraser tools.
17. Click here
Now you'll see Standard Overwrite 1-pass as an option.

So that's how you create a new eraser service to be input into Razer.

This completes the setup of your new erasure service, ready for mapping with your erasure tools.
