How do I show my colleagues support tickets that I've submitted?

If I want my superiors to have full visibility of all the help desk tickets I submit do I need to add them to each ticket? Or is there a setting whereby they have full visibility to each ticket without me adding them on each ticket?

The Razor Support team uses Atlassian JIRA Service Desk to manage customer support tickets. If you have any questions about the customer portal, be sure to check out the main Atlassian Documentation page as it contains a lot of helpful information. You can always google your questions and it may index their documentation as well.


Service Desk has added a lot of nice features recently. As of September 2016, customers can be grouped into "organizations". So if you are grouped into an organization with a colleague, you can either submit tickets privately or share among your organization as seen in the screenshot below.


When a ticket is shared among an organization, you can go to the portal and click the "Requests" button at the top next to your profile. This button will filter your requests so you can view only private tickets or tickets shared across the organization. See screenshot below:
