When I try to download or preview a report, the button doesn't seem to be working. What do I do?
If you are having issues with the Print & Download station, please try the following troubleshooting techniques.
- Press CTRL + F5 for a page refresh
- Open a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and try printing the same file
- Clear your cache
If none of those options work and you are still experiencing downloading or previewing issues with your reports, please submit a support ticket.
