Can we start with a smaller number of users and then increase users later on?
We are not likely to go-live with the full 20 users right away in when we start. I'm assuming we can start with a smaller number of users during our testing/set-up phase and ramp up the user count when we go live?

Yes, we can start with a smaller set of users, but we don’t offer the promotional discount to smaller set of users because of the support/time required. If you would like to start with 10 users at 150/user for the first 2 months until Go-Live date is set for the full set of users that is fine, but no promotional discounts would be applied for such a small number of users.
