What is the development cycle like? How frequently does Team Razor add new features into the system?

The Razor team utilizes agile methodologies to rapidly improve the product week over week. Razor releases new builds approximately every two weeks and those builds are detailed in a weekly build report that is sent to customers so they know what to expect before the build is made. We provide customization and enhancements at the customer’s request at no charge as long as we can determine the timeline to implement those changes and the changes benefit the larger Razor community overall.
