What is the RazorERP Data Policy?

Answer

Data Policy
Effective Date: January 1st, 2015

1. Data Ownership.
As a customer (“Customer”) of Razor ERP’s Services, ERP respects your right to ownership of content created or stored by you. You own the content created or stored by you. Unless specifically permitted by you, Razor ERP will not adapt, modify, publish or distribute the content created by you or stored in your user account for Razor ERP’s marketing or sales purposes. But you grant Razor ERP permission to access, copy, distribute, store, transmit and reformat the content of your user account solely as required for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

2. Data Retention and Deletion.
For the convenience of reenrolling Customer to the Razor ERP Service, we retain data inputted into your Razor ERP Service account for a period of twelve (12) months after termination of the Service Agreement. Thereafter, Razor ERP deletes Customer data. Razor ERP makes no guarantees, nor assumes any liability, for Customer data deleted prior to the twelfth month after termination of the Service Agreement.

3. Data Redundancy.

Razor ERP uses multiple co-location sites to provide full site-to-site redundancy and cloud-based service. If one site were to suffer catastrophic failure, one additional cluster site would catch and service the failed over traffic. All of our co-location sites can service your web requests and facilitate load balancing as well during peak traffic times.

4. Data Recovery

Razor ERP takes daily backup images of each customer’s data off-site (or off the cloud) so it is accessible in the event of all sites failure. Every day the data is encrypted and processed before migrating the data off-site. This replicated off-site data is maintained separate from the current cloud architecture.
