Answer

The Razor customer portal (aka Razor Service Desk) can be accessed via http://support.razorerp.com. Anyone can go to this link and sign up an account. Once you're registered, you can submit support tickets like:

  1. Report a problem (bug)
  2. Suggest a feature
  3. Ask a question
