The application is behaving very slowly


I'm trying to create a sales order and the I'm getting an error message that says "Pages Unresponsive" with an option to Wait or Kill the page load.  Why is this happening?  What should I do?



Typically, when this happens, it is a network issue from the client. Here is what you can do:

  1. Notify someone from your IT department to look at the issue.
  2. If you are the IT Department, try running a speed test. If you are unfamiiar with speed tests, read this article to understand the results.
  3. Based on the resuls of the speed test, if you can disqualify your network as the root issue for poor performance, submit a ticket here.
