I'm trying to create a sales order and the I'm getting an error message that says "Pages Unresponsive" with an option to Wait or Kill the page load. Why is this happening? What should I do?
Typically, when this happens, it is a network issue from the client. Here is what you can do:
- Notify someone from your IT department to look at the issue.
- If you are the IT Department, try running a speed test. If you are unfamiiar with speed tests, read this article to understand the results.
- Based on the resuls of the speed test, if you can disqualify your network as the root issue for poor performance, submit a ticket here.
