  Add more snippet options to email notifications - 2 —

  NEW FEATURE

  On Global Settings > Notifications, we added a new snippet on the Sales Order Notifications section called Customer: Primary Contact.  Using this snippet, you can add the primary contact of a sales order to receive email notifications based the following events:

  Add Receiving Summary Report for inbound orders —

  NEW FEATURE

  For Inbound Orders, when you click on the print/download option there is only an option to generate a Receiving Report. For Outbound Orders, when you click on the print/download option there is an option for both a Loading Report and a Loading Summary Report. The only difference between these two reports is that the Summary Report consolidates your pallets at the commodity level rather than break it down by the pallet ID.

  Assign default attribute values to master item configuration —

  NEW FEATURE

  We are pleased to announce that we developed default attribute configurations for master items to make the receive process even faster!  Go to Inventory > Master Items and double-click on any line item.  On the master item edit window, you should notice a new tab called Attributes.  If your product is mapped properly to the correct attribute set, you should see a list of the attributes that correspond to the item.  Now you can add default values to these attributes so the next time you receive an item, those specs will appear automatically.  This is an excellent feature for companies that receive large quantities of the same model.

  New Inventory label that omits last three digits of serial —

  NEW FEATURE

  We added a new label called 4x2 Inventory Rev Short.  This label is identical to the 4x2 Inventory Rev label; however it omits the last three digits of the serial number.  We implemented this label for customers that have OEM partnerships with Dell where they require this serial adjustment on labels to be compliant.

  New Purchase Order Import Tool for mapping full spec configurations —

  NEW FEATURE

  We're excited to announce that we completely revamped our Purchase Order Import Tool.  Now you can import purchase orders with serialized inventory containing as many specs as you want using the Capability function to map existing attributes.  Also, if attributes appear on your spreadsheet that do not exist in the system, the system will automatically add the specs to your inventory attribute configuration.
