We added a tab to the master item modal called "Used-in" so users can cross-reference products.
Example: Lets say you have a master item for a Printer Motherboard titled Part 123 and Part 123 can be found inthree different printer models. In this example, the user will search for Part 123, go to the master item edit screen, go to the Used In tab, and add the three printer models that the motherboard would be used in. This will allow the user to look up the part and see if it is in stock, and potentially see if it is located in other printers that are in stock.
We added an attachment field to the Receive Inventory screen that the user can toggle on / off or make optional / mandatory. The purpose of the field is so you can upload attachments associated to the item directly from the Receive screen. It will appear as an attribute and look like this:
The current pick list option is nice, but sometimes, you may want to view the list in an excel format. Now, you can do that by going to Inventory > Pick List Queue, selecting the pick list ID that you want and clicking the export button at the top. The result will be a spreadsheet containing the same basic data from the pdf pick list, however it will be excel.
If you have a large purchasing department, it can be difficult to know which orders are ready to go to the next level. So, we added a column in the Purchase section called Ready to Close. This column will be used to help you prioritize your purchase order receive workflows. Here is a breakdown of the status for the column:
Our customers have been requesting for a long time that they have a section on quotes and orders to add Terms & Conditions. Now, using the Admin, you can create language templates for your terms as well as the footer of your paperwork.
We implemented multi-currencies. Now you can switch your currency to in the global configuration and all currency values will adjust accurately. Currently, we do not have an option to use multi-currencies per instance, meaning user 1 from Company A cannot have a different currency then user 2 from Company A. These users would need to be in separate instances of Razor.
