Deleting a qualified item reverts sku back to Items to Qualify

IMPROVEMENT

The deletion of qualified SKUs was always a tricky concept but we improved the logic so if you delete a qualified SKU, it removes that SKU from Magento (so items listed under this sku on eBay, Amazon, and Magento are all taken down) and the SKU is not permanently removed from the system, but readded to the Items to Qualify queue.  This process prevents any limbo statuses involed with deleting qualified SKUs.
