Can Razor increase pricing rates each year?

Yes, it is common practice for software companies to withold the right to increase a percentage of pricing rates year over year due to inflation, higher costs, industry trends, etc. Our policy (as definied in the master services agreement) is 12%.

We have never exercised this right to-date.
