When I try to download or preview a report, the button doesn't seem to be working.  What do I do?


If you are having issues with the Print & Download station, please try the following troubleshooting techniques.

  1. Press CTRL + F5 for a page refresh
  2. Open a different browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and try printing the same file
  3. Clear your cache

If none of those options work and you are still experiencing downloading or previewing issues with your reports, please submit a support ticket.
