Can you search by commodity in settlements?

As of November 8, 2016, this cannot be done in the Recycling > Settlements page. However, you can create a customer report using the Sales Channels application under the Feeds > Recycling Feeds section. You can select which attributes you wish to add to the excel report like Inbound Order #, Customer Name, and Commodity Type; then in the Inventory Filter section, set a rule to only see orders with status equal to Settled.
