What is the RazorERP Acceptable Use Policy?

Acceptable Use Policy
Effective Date: October 13th, 2014

 

1. Unacceptable Use.
Razor ERP requires that all its customers (“Customers”) and other users of Razor ERP’s service (the “Service”) conduct themselves with respect for others and agree as follows:

Abusive Behavior
Not to harass, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
Not to contact any person who has requested no further contact.
Not to use ethnic or religious slurs against any person or group.

Privacy
Not to violate the privacy rights of any person.
Not to collect or disclose any personal address, social security number, or other personally identifiable information without each user’s written permission.
Not to cooperate in or facilitate identity theft.
Intellectual Property: Not to infringe upon the copyrights, trademark rights, trade secret rights, patent rights or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
Not to reproduce, publish, or disseminate software, audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, articles, or other works of authorship without the written permission of the copyright holder.
Hacking, Viruses, & Network Attacks:
Not to access any computer or communications system without authorization, including the computers used to provide the Service.
Not to attempt to penetrate or disable any security system.
Not to intentionally distribute a computer virus, launch a denial of service attack, or in any other way attempt to interfere with the functioning of any computer, communications system, or website.
Not to attempt to access or otherwise interfere with the accounts of other users of the Service.
Not use a Service to store or transmit Malicious Code.
Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of any Service or third-party data contained therein.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Service or Content or its related systems or networks.

Spam
Not to send bulk unsolicited e-mails (“Spam”) or sell or market any product or service advertised by or connected with Spam.
Not to facilitate or cooperate in the dissemination of Spam in any way.
Not to violate the CAN-Spam Act of 2003.

Fraud
Not to issue fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, services, or investments.
Not to mislead anyone about the details or nature of a commercial transaction.
Not to commit fraud in any other way.
Violations of Law:
Not to violate any law.

Abuse of Service
Not make any Service or Content available to, or use any Service or Content for the benefit of, anyone other than You or Users.
Not sell, resell, license, sublicense, distribute, rent or lease any Service or Content.
Not use a Service to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights.
Not permit direct or indirect access to or use of any Service or Content in a way that circumvents a contractual usage limit.
Not copy a Service or any part, feature, function or user interface thereof.
Not copy Content except as permitted herein or in an Order Form or the Documentation.
Not frame or mirror any part of any Service or Content, other than framing on Your own intranets or otherwise for Your own internal business purposes or as permitted in the Documentation.
Not access any Service or Content in order to build a competitive product or service.
Not reverse engineer any Service (to the extent such restriction is permitted by law).

2. Consequences of Violation.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP”) may lead to suspension or termination, or both, of the user’s account or legal action. In addition, if Razor ERP determines that a Customer has violated this AUP and such violation has resulted in adverse costs or liabilities to Razor ERP, then that Customer agrees to pay those costs and liabilities (including, but not limited to the cost of investigation, taking remedial action and legal fees) and Customer agrees to fully cooperate with any Razor ERP remedial actions. Razor ERP reserves the right to take any other remedial action it sees fit.

3. Reporting Unacceptable Use.
We request that anyone with information about a violation of this AUP report it via an e-mail to the following address: info@razorerp.com. Please provide the date and time (with time zone) of the violation and any identifying information regarding the violator, including e-mail or IP (internet protocol) address if available, as well as details of the violation.

4. Revision of AUP.
We may change this AUP at any time by posting a new version on this page and sending the Customer written notice thereof. The new version will become effective on the date of such notice.
