New quote template with improved layout and design

NEW FEATURE

We added a new recycling quote template.  The new version can be downloaded by going to Recycling > Inbound Orders, selecting a quote and clicking the Print / Download button.  On the reporting station choose the option Alternate Quote.  It will look like the following screenshot.
