When you schedule an inbound order and proceed as a quote, and then later conver that quote into an order; if there were any files associated to the original quote, they would be lost in translation. We fixed this so files added at the schedule stage carry throughout the order process unless they are purposely deleted by a user.
After receiving items against a PO and you want to mark the PO as ready to close, the button is disabled. You have to refresh the page for it become active. We made this so, once a PO is received fully, the button will trigger without having to do a page refresh.
This was a little confusing because there is a relationship between a Settlement from a recyclnig order and the Sales Order or Purchase Order that is generated depending on if there is a charge to the customer or a payment to the customer respectively. All SOs, POs, and Settlements have a notes section called Order Comments. The idea is that the order comments section can carry over from data object to data object while keeping all of the communication in sync.
On the customer account modal box, if there is a balance visible on the account, the information drops down and the Tags field at the bottom become impossible to get to because there are no scrollbars. We fixed this by adding scrollbars and reducing the size of the balance so it fits more appropriately in the space provided.
When qualifying an item in Razor, the Condition Description is supposed to synchronize with Condition Detail attribute on Magento. For some reason, Condition Description was duping the value of Condition Code and not mapping properly back to the description. This is fixed.
The unit cost for an item in the BOM was changing based on the increase or decrease of quantity of a particular part. The unit cost should remain the same; however the cost % should increase based on the fluctuation of quantity.
Example: If Part 123 has a unit cost of $2.00 and represents 5% of a master item. If you increase the quantity of that item to four, then the cost % should go up to 20% and the unit price will remain the same.
When the receiving against a purchase order with the Order Type equalling Inbound Repair, for some reason the item in the Receive Inventory section loses the tracking back to the original purchase order number. This was fixed to not lose tracking.
After an order is shipped, the action buttons on the line items under the Items tab are missing. It makes sense to hide the allocate / unallocate buttons because the order was shipped, but the print label icon should still appear. We fixed this so the print label icon will be visible at all times.
On sales orders, under the shipping tab, if the carrier was set to United Parcel Service, for some reason the service class was defaulting to FedEx ground. This was a matter of conditional logic and filtering out all FedEx options when UPS was selected and vice versa. This is fixed.
The Remove button was disabled for tracking numbers added manually to sales orders of 3rd party or local pickup labels. It should be enabled at all times unless there are no tracking numbers in the box. We fixed this issue.
