Receiving against an "Inbound Repair" PO loses the original purchase order number

BUG FIX

When the receiving against a purchase order with the Order Type equalling Inbound Repair, for some reason the item in the Receive Inventory section loses the tracking back to the original purchase order number.  This was fixed to not lose tracking.
