Box Program

A functionality that enables the organized movement of inventory items (e.g., devices, equipment) between the warehouse and end users or departments, supporting both issuance and return processes. 
The audience is the companies with big number of remote contacts or company who gives the inventory for leasing.

The participants of the program are domain company, company who participates in the program and a contact.

Some companies give the responsibility of inventory managing and storage to the domain company. They store the inventory in the domain company warehouses. The domain company manages the transferring of the inventory. So, domain company receives inventory from a company, store inventory, offer inventory for the redeployment or lease, pack packages and ship, receives back from the client, verify inventory and return to the redeployment process or pass inventory to another workflow.

There are 3 types of requests. The recover request, redeployment and remote return.
