New Inventory Full Text Search

This is a beta release of our new  inventory search page.   We are now able to search millions of records across hundreds of columns in under a second along with saving complex filters and column setups.

• On RazorERP, go to Inventory.
  
  

  Open

  

   

• Then select Fast Search.
  
  

  Open

  

   

• You’ll be directed to the Inventory Fast Search window.
  
  

   

• You can filter your search by selecting the category, manufacturer, condition, etc. from the Left Tab.
  
  

   

• You may also select different Attribute Sets from the top-right corner of the screen.
  
  

   

• You can do a Text Search using typical search queries.
  
  

   

• You may also Export your search results into an Excel file. Just click Envelope button at the lower-left portion of the screen.
  
  

   

• Lastly, you also have an option to save your search filters for future use. Just click on the Save Filter button from the left-tab (just scroll to the bottom).
  
  

   

• To view your saved filters, just click Saved Filters on the top part of the left tab.
